Parkhead Parent Association
The Parkhead Parent Association consists of parents, carers, teachers, councillors, and members of the community who want to help make Parkhead Primary the best it can be and give all children a fantastic start in life.
What Do We Do?
Ready to supercharge your child's education and strengthen your school community?
We are the powerful voice for parents and carers, ensuring your priorities and ideas are heard at school and across West Lothian. We're here to advise, guide, and champion the essential partnership between home and school, helping parents get involved in their children's learning journey. Plus, we play a vital, formal role in supporting staff recruitment and official school inspections.
Where the Fun Meets Fundraising
We bring the whole community together with unforgettable, family-friendly events! Get ready for the hilarious Teacher Halloween Dress-Up, a festive Highland Dance celebration for Burns Night, and our massive annual fundraiser, the Easter Fayre!
Every penny raised goes directly back to the pupils, funding amazing projects and events that drastically enhance the school experience. And when the school needs a helping hand for any event throughout the year? We're there.
If I Want To Help What Do I Do?
We are always looking for volunteers and committee members, so if you would like to join the PPA, or just want to find out a little bit more, then have a look at our PPA Facebook Page (opens new window). Alternatively you can contact us via the main school office.
