School of Basketball

Welcome to the School of Basketball, led by PE teacher Mr. Ferguson! Designed to help pupils try basketball for the first time, develop new skills, and take part in exciting interschool matches, our program also serves as a direct feeder club for the West Lothian Wolves.

To ensure every pupil gets the right level of coaching, we offer three sessions tailored to different age groups across the week:

· Morning Sessions

· Lunchtime Clubs

· After-School Training (Specific session times depend on your child's year group—please check with the school office if your child is interested in joining)

The Val Garland Award is dedicated to the memory of our beloved staff member, Val Garland, who sadly passed away in July 2026. Val was a passionate basketball fan, a constant, encouraging presence at our interschool matches, and a cherished member of our school community. Through every game played and skill learned, we proudly carry on her love for the sport.
