Primary 1 NHS Nursing Health Checks

All parents/carers will have received a NHS Health Check Questionnaire for their P1 child. The questionnaire is your opportunity to provide information to the nursing team which you think requires monitoring or further investigation. 

All P1 pupils will receive their health check with the nursing team on Monday 25th November 2024, unless you have specifically asked for your child to be excluded from the check. There is no need for parents/carers to be present for this check.

P1 pupils will have their height and weight noted. Pupils will have their eyesight checked if this was not done at the end of nursery.
