Digital Learning and IT

Digital skills are a prominent feature of education in the early years, primary and is embedded across the Scottish Curriculum. There is a commitment across education to ensure all young people in Scotland have the digital skills to use and/or create digital solutions in learning, life and work.

We have created a SWAY to celebrate how we use digital technologies at Parkhead. We use digital technologies to extend our learning across the curriculum. We use technologies for research, coding,  internet safety, organising information and we use a variety of apps for different purposes. including Scratch Jnr, Microsoft Office, See Saw, TEAMS, Imovie, Plickers, Kahoot, Comic Captions and many more.

Watch the video on what to expect if your child brings their own IT device to school.
